Like every year, our “Bütty” heads to the Grisons region—more specifically, to the Madrisa area. There, he goes marmot hunting with our longtime colleague. The animals he hunts are then brought directly to the Kreuz, where we prepare them. This evening’s event is now taking place at the Kreuz for the third time.
